What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Refunds will only be issued once we receive your return and inspect that it is in its original condition. Return costs are at the buyers expense.
What is the quality of the items sold?
We only accept items that are in good condition, or which are brand new and have never been worn. All items are 100% authentic.
How long do you hold onto consignment items for?
We hold onto items for between 8-12 weeks. If you have consigned an item with us which has not yet sold, we will notify you and you can let us know if you would like to donate these to charity, or if you wouldlike the product back.
What is your order processing time ?
We process orders 6 days a week (Monday - Saturday). Orders placed over a weekend will be dispatched on the Monday.
What is the LRC selection process?
- All products on our site have been carefully sourced and curated.
- Products are based on extensive market research and each item is assessed and priced according to its condition, it’s secondary market value, and how current the item is.
- Our customer service team is available to assist with any queries you might have regarding the condition, size or fit of an item. They are also available to send additional photographs if requested.
What will I earn if I consign with LRC?
You will earn 75% of the items sold value.
What if my item does not have the original receipt or proof of authenticy?
- Authenticity is paramount at LRC.
- All items purchased through LRC are 100% authentic.
- If you do not have the original receipt, or proof of authenticity, we will charge £30 to authenticate your item in house with Entrupy, which is a renowned global technology solution for authenticating luxury items.
