Luxury Resale Concierge specialises in preloved designer pieces, many sold on behalf of individual consignors who have trusted us to find their items a new home. Every piece is hand-inspected, measured, and photographed in detail, and listed with full condition notes, so that what you see is exactly what you receive. We always rather you buy with confidence the first time than return an item you weren't sure about.

Because of this, we ask customers to read listings thoroughly, check measurements against their own bags or shoes, and get in touch with any questions before ordering. Our team is genuinely happy to send extra photos, videos, or measurements on request.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of you receiving the order, however the return postage cost is covered by the sender. All returns need to be sent Guaranteed Next Day Delivery and need to be insured to the full value of the item.

To start a return, please contact us at info@luxuryresaleconcierge.com, and our team will issue a returns authorisation number, which must be included with your shipment.  Please send the tracking info back to us via email.

Condition on Return

As these are preloved, often rare and irreplaceable pieces belonging to our consignors, items must be returned exactly as sent: unworn beyond trying it on, with all original packaging, dust bags, authentication cards, and tags intact. We understand you'll want to check the item is right for you, but please treat it as you would trying on in a shop.

If an item is returned showing signs of wear, use, or alteration beyond this, we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting the reduction in value from your refund, or, in cases of significant damage, decline the return. This protects both our consignors and the integrity of every piece we sell.

Return shipping

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. As mentioned above, all returns need to be sent guaranteed next day delivery, and need to be insured to their full value. Liability remains with the sender until such time we have received and inspected the return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we aim to process refunds within 24 hours.

If an item is received back WITHIN the 7 day window after receiving your delivery you will receive a refund to your original payment method. If the item arrives back AFTER the 7 day window, a store credit will be issued for the item value.

A note on considered buying

Because we work closely with our consignors and many pieces are one-of-a-kind, high return volumes affect real people, not just us. This also has an environmental impact, which the world of preloved tries to avoid.

Items marked as SALE cannot be returned. All SALE items are Final.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer a flat rate of £35 for shipping to Europe and £40 to the US and APAC.

Duties and taxes are applicable and will differ country by country.

At this time, we do not accept returns on International shipping.
