Hèrmes Hermescapade Bag Strap Black Wooly Sellier Canvas Gold Hardware
This preloved Hermès Hermescapade bag strap is one of the most desirable strap options in the current Hermès line, and one of the hardest to find on the secondary market. Crafted in Noir bicolor Wooly Sellier canvas with white rope-edge trim along both sides, the strap is wide, padded and deeply comfortable across the shoulder. The leather trim, adjusters and tab are in black Epsom calfskin, stamped "HERMES PARIS / MADE IN FRANCE" in gold, with gold-tone hardware throughout — two adjustable buckles and a pair of large lobster clasps, each engraved with the Hermès name.
The two lobster clasps attach to a shared D-ring on the leather end tab, letting the strap clip to both D-rings of a Kelly or the feet of a Birkin for a hands-free crossbody carry — it's also suitable for the Bolide, 24/24-29 and New Drag 22. The canvas body is firm and structured with a satisfying weight, and the rope trim gives it a sporting, equestrian edge that sits comfortably within Hermès's heritage language.
Second hand Hermès straps are sought after in their own right, not just as bag accessories, and the Hermescapade is the premium canvas offering in the current range, sitting above the Sangle Cavale at a higher price point and broader width. Condition
Excellent preloved condition. The canvas is clean and retains its structure with no fraying, staining or distortion, and the white rope-edge trim is bright and intact. The Epsom leather trim is crisp with no scratching, and the gold-tone hardware shows no visible tarnishing. The lobster clasps operate smoothly, and the original box and dust bag are included and present well.
Authenticity
We checked the gold foil stamping on the Epsom tab and the engraving depth on the lobster clasps against confirmed current-range Hermès production, along with the canvas weave of the Wooly Sellier body.

Luxury Resale Concierge specialises in preloved designer pieces, many sold on behalf of individual consignors who have trusted us to find their items a new home. Every piece is hand-inspected, measured, and photographed in detail, and listed with full condition notes, so that what you see is exactly what you receive. We always rather you buy with confidence the first time than return an item you weren't sure about.
Because of this, we ask customers to read listings thoroughly, check measurements against their own bags or shoes, and get in touch with any questions before ordering. Our team is genuinely happy to send extra photos, videos, or measurements on request.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of you receiving the order, however the return postage cost is covered by the sender. All returns need to be sent Guaranteed Next Day Delivery and need to be insured to the full value of the item.
To start a return, please contact us at info@luxuryresaleconcierge.com, and our team will issue a returns authorisation number, which must be included with your shipment. Please send the tracking info back to us via email.
Please note that all Hermes items are final sale. No returns will be accepted.
Condition on Return
As these are preloved, often rare and irreplaceable pieces belonging to our consignors, items must be returned exactly as sent: unworn beyond trying it on, with all original packaging, dust bags, authentication cards, and tags intact. We understand you'll want to check the item is right for you, but please treat it as you would trying on in a shop.
If an item is returned showing signs of wear, use, or alteration beyond this, we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting the reduction in value from your refund, or, in cases of significant damage, decline the return. This protects both our consignors and the integrity of every piece we sell.
Return shipping
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. As mentioned above, all returns need to be sent guaranteed next day delivery, and need to be insured to their full value. Liability remains with the sender until such time we have received and inspected the return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we aim to process refunds within 24 hours.
If an item is received back WITHIN the 7 day window after receiving your delivery you will receive a refund to your original payment method. If the item arrives back AFTER the 7 day window, a store credit will be issued for the item value.
A note on considered buying
Because we work closely with our consignors and many pieces are one-of-a-kind, high return volumes affect real people, not just us. This also has an environmental impact, which the world of preloved tries to avoid.
