This preloved Ralph Lauren bucket bag comes from the R.L. Collection line, the "R.L." leather patch branding marking it as a step above the main Lauren diffusion range. Condition
Good preloved condition with one honest issue to note. The exterior cognac leather presents well with attractive natural patina and no significant scuffing, staining or structural damage, and the suede interior is clean. The interior zip pocket shows significant verdigris to the brass zip teeth and pull, clearly visible on close inspection — cosmetic, and the zip remains functional, but priced to reflect this honestly.
Authenticity
We checked the R.L. leather branding on the interior label and the weight and finish of the brass hardware against confirmed R.L. Collection pieces from this era, along with the saddle-stitch spacing.

Every piece is hand-inspected, measured, and photographed in detail, and listed with full condition notes, so that what you see is exactly what you receive. We always rather you buy with confidence the first time than return an item you weren't sure about.
Because of this, we ask customers to read listings thoroughly, check measurements against their own bags or shoes, and get in touch with any questions before ordering. Our team is genuinely happy to send extra photos, videos, or measurements on request.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of you receiving the order, however the return postage cost is covered by the sender. All returns need to be sent Guaranteed Next Day Delivery and need to be insured to the full value of the item.
To start a return, please contact us at info@luxuryresaleconcierge.com, and our team will issue a returns authorisation number, which must be included with your shipment. Please send the tracking info back to us via email.
Please note that all Hermes items are final sale. No returns will be accepted.
Condition on Return
As these are preloved, often rare and irreplaceable pieces belonging to our consignors, items must be returned exactly as sent: unworn beyond trying it on, with all original packaging, dust bags, authentication cards, and tags intact. We understand you'll want to check the item is right for you, but please treat it as you would trying on in a shop.
If an item is returned showing signs of wear, use, or alteration beyond this, we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting the reduction in value from your refund, or, in cases of significant damage, decline the return. This protects both our consignors and the integrity of every piece we sell.
Return shipping
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. As mentioned above, all returns need to be sent guaranteed next day delivery, and need to be insured to their full value. Liability remains with the sender until such time we have received and inspected the return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we aim to process refunds within 24 hours.
If an item is received back WITHIN the 7 day window after receiving your delivery you will receive a refund to your original payment method. If the item arrives back AFTER the 7 day window, a store credit will be issued for the item value.
A note on considered buying
Because we work closely with our consignors and many pieces are one-of-a-kind, high return volumes affect real people, not just us. This also has an environmental impact, which the world of preloved tries to avoid.
